Average backpack, well constructed, wish I could say that about the design. Won’t go any further than to say it won’t hold anything bigger than a 16 ounce water bottle 🤷🏻‍♂️

Convenient and Spacious
Holds everything I need for the gym and still feels light. Shoulder straps are comfy even when fully packed. Definitely worth it.

The bag is good quality with plenty of room for clothes and other gym items. The only issue I have is that the pocket for the water bottle is small. I have an average sized water bottle and it doesn’t fit.
