Ingredients

  • 2-4oz lean beef patties
  • 1 slice reduced-fat white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon
  • 1 tsp. hickory liquid smoke/ favorite BBQ seasoning
  • 1 hamburger roll

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef and liquid smoke.
  • Shape into two patties.
  • Grill until almost done (about a minute).
  • Add half a slice of cheese to each patty and melt.
  • Cook bacon for 30 seconds.
  • Place one patty, followed by bacon, then the other patty on a roll.
  • Add condiments as desired.
