Ingredients
- 2-4oz lean beef patties
- 1 slice reduced-fat white Cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of turkey bacon
- 1 tsp. hickory liquid smoke/ favorite BBQ seasoning
- 1 hamburger roll
Instructions
- Mix ground beef and liquid smoke.
- Shape into two patties.
- Grill until almost done (about a minute).
- Add half a slice of cheese to each patty and melt.
- Cook bacon for 30 seconds.
- Place one patty, followed by bacon, then the other patty on a roll.
- Add condiments as desired.
